Build An Islamic Education Centre
A Draft Proposal for TAAP Foundation Islamic Centre VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
It's important for Muslims to Build an Islamic Education Centre.
“The Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) commanded us to build Masjids in different localities (I.E. In the locality of each Tribe separately) and that they should be kept clean and be perfumed”.
Abi Dawood 455.
- Without a Masjid, there are no Friday Jumu’ah (prayers).
- Without a Masjid, there are no Charity Donations.
- Without a Masjid, there is no Brotherhood a place for Muslims to meet in and practice their religion.
- Without a Masjid, there isn’t a Funeral Service for Muslims
- Without a Masjid, No asking a Sheikh about some questions connected to religion.
- Without a Masjid there is no Call to Prayer, reminding you of time to prayer.
- Without a Masjid, there is no beauty of Celebrating the two Eid’s.
- Without a Masjid, there are no Houses of Allah on Earth.
- DISCIPLINE:
While offering Salaah in Jamaat we stand in rows, follow the Imam of the Jamaat and practice obedience to Allah. This forces discipline in us which is an essential feature in everyone’s life. - UNITY:
In congregational prayer everyone has one Niyyat (intention), one language and identical actions. All kneel together, all go to Sajdah (prostration) together. This teaches us the lesson that we, as Muslims, should be united at all times. - ISLAMIC EQUALITY:
In the congregation, rich and poor, high and low, all stand shoulder to shoulder. It is the best scene of mankind’s equality. - LOVE AND CO-OPERATION:
When People meet others in the Jamaat Salaat, they know the hardships and worries of one another and try to help each other. The circle of friendship is widened. We get an opportunity to perfect our life in the light of others experiences.
